MINIMUM ORDER:
Our minimum is $100 at the moment, not including shipping charge.

SHIPPING METHOD:
We ship all packages via UPS.
Items in stock will be shipped (Mon-Fri) within 24 hours after processing your order.
However, if there are out of stock items or delays regarding your order, you will be contacted by us.

SHIPPING RATE:
Under $300 order, flat rate shipping charge of $15.
Over $300 order, FREE shipping.

RETURN/EXCHANGE:
All Sales are FINAL.
There will be NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES/CREDIT on merchandise that is not defective.
Only unused defective merchandise may be returned with pre authorization and a copy of the original receipt and invoice.
Items may not be returned for any other reason.
Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging.
All claims must be within 7 days of receipt and store credit will be given only on defective merchandises that are no longer in stock.
Sales items are not returnable.
Original shipping fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
